Wake Co Map Book 1920 Page 124 is a plat map of the division of the Lands of A. S. Sears. Jesse Lewter's adjoining property is labeled on the Southern border. This plat indicates that Jesse and Fanny Lewter owned the farm after Hilliard and Kiddy Yates died.

Until recently, there were at least 2 home places at the End of Old Place road. Hilliard and Kiddy's house was torn down some time in the 1990's. A few of the farm buildings remain in ruins. A picture of it taken by Katie Lally is on file at the NC Archives in Raleigh. It is incorrectly labeled the "Hillman Yates Farm".

The property Is now part of the USA Baseball National Training Center on nearby Green Level Church Road. With the development In the area, the cemetery may be in danger.
