Martha A. Childres (sic) & Others vs. George W. Childers & Others

James M. Childers died intestate at his residence in 1862.....possessed of a

large amount of property consisting of town lots in Elkton, TN, lands in

Giles and Lincoln Counties besides land in Limestone Co, AL.... Willis Smith

purchased a tract of land containing 329 acres in Lincoln County November

10, 1870 under orders of Clerk & Master. Willis Smith deceased still owing

on land. Elkton lots and property was sold May 27, 1871, a brick store house

and lot on north side of Public Square, a brick dwelling house and lot known

as the Zebulon Parr house and lot. Dr. T.S. Williams became the purchaser of

this brick dwelling house known as the Zebulon Parr Home. JAMES M. LEWTER

became one third owner of the brick store house.
